Rapper/Producer Kanye West recently revealed why he changed his orginal title to his new title “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy”. The original album title was “Good A** Job” but apparently, West got bored with the concept & didn’t like the idea of utilizing skits.
“I remember I just changed it because I didn’t want to do the Good Ass Job thing and have to stick to the skits and everything that went with that,” West told MTV News. “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy and my album cover are just … those things are just awesome. It’s really proper, decadent, soulful lavishness, and it’s exactly what I wanna say.”
Skits made a significant impact on Kanye’s first 3 albums, & they helped tie the albums together thematically.
Kanye West’s album, “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy” hits stores November 22, 2010!
