So I found that if you try to sign up for Facebook and your under the age of 13, you can’t join.. Facebook needs to be sued for false advertising… Seriously, you’d probably win too.

Since Facebook has yet to enact any sort of code of conduct I give you: Facebook FAIL Law

Violating any of these laws makes you a complete FAILURE. If you FAIL at Facebook, you FAIL at LIFE.

1. If you are old enough to be reading this and your either one of your parents (or worse grandparents) has a Facebook… FAIL

2. If you are still using Myspace and don’t have a Facebook.. FAIL (Facebook > Myspace)

3. If you are the owner of this picture and put it on Facebook… YOU FAIL!!!
